DVC Membership Disappeared on MDE

Hi There,

I logged into My Disney Experience tonight to plan an upcoming trip and my DVC account was no longer linked. When I enter my member number, it acts like it is invalid. When I head over to the DVC site, it acts like I am not a DVC member. It doesn't recognize my Club ID or my activation code (the one-time code I had to use the first time I set up my DVC account years ago). Has anyone else had a problem like this? I'm freaking out and, of course, it's too late to call Member Services.

Deleted. You already tried to log in to the DVC Website.

Hi There,

Member services resolved this! Strangely, my account was randomly reassigned to an old email address that I haven't used in years. They were able to put it back the way it should be.
