DVC membership card under another name

Hi! Newbie to DVC here. My parents just bought a resale contract at OKW and my mother listed my email address as hers (she basically left the whole process for me to handle. She and my dad just wrote the check haha). So in my MDE, under memberships and passes, it says hi Nicole! And indicates that I am a dvc member. If you look at the actual card, however, it has my parents names.

My question is, if I’m in Disney without ny parents, are they requiring me to show the actual card or would I get through only showing the MDE page? We will travel with my parents on most trips but curious about the times when we aren’t.

I haven't visited WDW post-COVID, but I believe pool hopping is currently suspended (https://disneyvacationclub.disney.go.com/discounts-perks-offers/recreation-relaxation/pools) and Top of the World Lounge is being "reimagined" so there is a lot of speculation about access changing.

Using your email address does not matter since you are not the owner. As such you are not entitled to any perks of ownership unless you are a guest of your parents.

They will need to be with you and show the digital card loaded to their wallet in their name..

Thanks everyone! It's weird though because on my Magic Mobile pass, it has me affiliated with DVC. It really isn't a big deal since the two perks aren't that important to me, but was just curious since my account is flagged now as a DVC member, even though my name isn't on the deed.
