DVC Member Website Help- Please

I have been trying to locate my itinerary on the member website without luck. Where do I look? MS confirmed that we closed on 3/1 and said it should be on the website. I am assuming I am not looking in the correct place. :confused3 Any help is appreciated. TIA!
 
Do you mean that you are looking for a reservation that you made with your points? If so just log into the DVC member page with your user name and password. Click on My DVC. Under that click points. Scroll down to View vacation details (it is in blue). This will show you your reservation. I hope this helps!
 
Well, I just got 44 Points on the site.. It shows that my use year has 100 points and all 100 are available.

However, I am pretty sure that only 50 are actually available. (I checked the detail and it agrees with me!) WOnder if DVC will let me use 100 points out of that contact. (My other contract is just fine!)

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I've been going crazy trying to find it. I thought I had already looked there but obviously, I didn't!

Is the message on my login screen so they may be having some problems. I did not experience and of them.
