are people required ro re register. i have been a member for 3 years but now when i try to get into the dvc member web site it says since i am here for the first time i have to register. is there a re-register process or is this a glitch. when i try to contact them it brings me back to the registration page

This happens to me as well on occassion. I find if I close out my browser and open a new one that seems to correct the problem. Hope that helps.

problem is not with you. DVC having problem with other ABC websites. If you register on them they are attacking your infor on DVC. Call MS and have techs reset everything for you. They are working problem but is major issue right now. Took me 2 weeks to get fixed
