FYI - if you ever get Flo when calling DVC Member Services, you can expect an excellent experience!
I was very tardy in making reservations for around the July 4th holiday, but there was some availability at Vero and Flo helped me maximize my tiny 50 point contract (I had banked 50 pts from last year, and knew I had to borrow plus pay for cash days). She was very patient and accommodating!
I hadn't opted for the post-call survey, but I did send an email DVC Member Satisfaction.
Can't wait for my 9 day Vero vacation!
