I think I am going nuts..... each time I try to log in the site either says 'it is not available at this time' or if I can log on it says ' You are already logged in to another Disney website that is not connected to the Disney Vacation Club Member site. ' And then it wants to take me through the initial setup...

I have gone to every Disney site that I can think of and I am not logged in anywhere!! Am I going crazy or has this happened to anyone else???

That happens to me all the time! You're not going crazy.... unless of course we both are :confused3.

I don't know why it does that even when I haven't been on another Disney site for awhile, not to mention my log ins & eMail accounts are different so I don't know why that would even matter.
 
scroll to the bottom of the agreement clause and click agree and then submit
on some screens it's hidden
not sure if this applys to you

Yes, I'm having issues with that also. I'm just ready to call and get it straightened out with MS.
 

Cookies and different log-in info.

Disney wants your log-in to be the same on all of their websites. Some of the sites talk to each other and when your log in info is different they get upset. The cookies on your computer from the different Disney sites also adds to the problem.

Contact MS and tell them that you need to speak to the web support group. A tech will call you back and walk you through resetting your log-in info for all of the Disney sites.

You should also only use one email address.

Just called. Had some ressie issues. BUT she walked me through resetting my sign in and password. spent maybe 10 minutes max maybe shorter. Bless her for her patience.

And she worked with me on our issues...lots of options for us.
