I have tried for the past 3 days to check my vacation details on the member site with no luck-
now I can't even logon- anybody else having trouble- any suggestions?
 
I just tried to login, didn't work for me either. They must still be having computer problems.
 
I have encountered the same problems. There always seems to be problems with the website but the past few days has especially been rough . I have desperately been trying to view my vacation details since I'm waitlisted day by day and my points have changed but I'm curious to see which of my days have come through. :)
 
Same thing for me. I am waitlisted and my point totals changed, so I think it came in. But it won't let me access my vacation details either. Today it won't even let me login....
 

I can do everything,but check my vacation details. This is the first time I have ever had a problem so I am not too upset. (I have read all the other posts, but the thing works for me!)
 
same here. And I am particularly concerned because yesterday I tried to change a day from SSR to VWL and while she was cancelling SSR, VWL disappeared. So she went back and supposedly rebooked SSR for that night. When I checked my points, we had more available than we should...about the amount of one night at SSR...:confused3

But I couldn't get to my vacation details to see what's up. I am now trying to call and find out what's up. I will be rather unhappy if we are homeless for that night and they can't fix it.
 
I can't get on today, Saturday at 1 pm edt, either. I really don't mind it if it is an effort to fix the issues that pre-existed with it.
 
For me the DVC site is "down" to the extent that I can't check my vacation details at least half of the time I try to check it. We are waitlisted and I try to check every couple of days. At least half of the time I am unable to do so. It is very frustrating
 
I can't even log on. It's so frustrating. I too have a wait list I'm trying to check on.
 
I was just going to make a post if any one was having problems logging on...I can't get on to the site either..
 
I cannot get in either. With all the technology and all the bucks Disney has, wouldn't you think their website would be state-of-the-art and nearly trouble free?

I'm trying to get on because when I looked at our vacation points used for Christmas (2007), we mysteriously lost 5 points from one of our 2008 years. and, no, I did not have to borrow from that contract. I know it's off topic, but anyone else ever experienced this?
 
I've been having problems as well. It is so frustrating. As a network engineer that was responsible for online banking for a very large eastern bank, we were RARELY down. It isn't difficult or terribly expensive (not that it should be an issue for Disney) to do maintenance without taking everything down. We had our system mirrored so that anytime changes to the master production system had to be made, we simply cut all the traffic over to the slave system. What a pain in the butt this is for all of you folks waiting to see how waitlists are going to shake out.
 
DVC management should clean house and start with a whole new tech team. For as long as I can remember the DVC site has been inferior to about any other website I use. I cannot think of a single site that is down as much as the DVC site. And this despite the fact that we have, for years, been promised improvements. There is absolutely no reason to have the site inoperable so often, and usually there is no noticeable upgrade after the down time! Get your act together, DVC tech department!
 
Hooray! I was just able to view my vacation details. Anyone else interested should try now before the ability to do that goes away again! :)
 
I was finally able to check mine as well. My waitlist night came through, but they made it its own reservation instead of adding on to the night I already had. Strange....But hey, just glad it came through!
 
It won't let me check my vacations, but I was able to get the "breakdown" on how I used my points. Thankfully they are at the right amounts.

I guess it would be appropriate to call DVC tech a "Mickey Mouse" operation, but that might be insulting to Mickey.:lmao:
 
I couldn't get in at all yesterday, today I can get in, but I can't see my reservations.

I am waitlisted for AKL for our November trip and tried looking to see if the wait list came through!

I'll try again tomorrow.
