Has anyone had an opportunity to interact with the DVC Member Satisfaction Team?
I would like to read what kind of comments are presented on there site, does anyone know how get to there site?
 
I don't believe there is any sort of PUBLIC website / portal that members can view.
 
I know of only an email address. I sent a concern and got a response back that I would receive a reply within 5 days. 5 days have come and gone without a response. Not too satisfied with the satisfaction team.
 
Right now the response is lagging due to so many members complaining about the $95 fee. They do their best.

There is no site; it's just the email address.

I received the same response, "someone from member services will contact you within 5 days." That was over a year ago:rolleyes1
