DVC member meeting on board?

On the 7N cruise we were on, they had a DVC gathering for members one morning. Do they do that on the 3N cruises?

What happens at these gatherings?

I think it is only on the 7 night (unless they have added it recently). We just went last month for the one on the 7 night. They gave out goodies (visors, laynards, and luggage tags). They we each got a raffle ticket and they called out a number and if it was your number you had to answer a question about DVC (a CM came around and stood next to you and fed you the answer if you didn't know). Then you got to pick a prize (we got a DVC scrapbook.

They gave some news and updates about what is happening with DVC before starting the raffle/question session.

My DDs loved the visors and wore them throughout the cruise.

In July we all got red baseball hats and some mouse pads. I really wanted a chance at a question because they had an awesome DVC beach towel, but we didn't get it. There were quite a few DVCers on board!

I've been wondering about these meetings. Where are they held, how long do they take and how many people would you say attended the meeting you went to?

It was Diversions, the new sports bar on deck 3. It lasted about an hour (maybe 45 minutes). I don't remember how many were there, but the room was full.
