Working on getting magnets for our door. Does anyone have a favorite website that they use?

Oh my gosh the stress of trying to book this is crazy! We had all the info written out and were patiently waiting to make the call. We started at 8am on the dot. Hubby got a ringing early on that went on for some time and then finally the 'sorry we are closed' message, ugh. We had this happen FOUR times, on both the 800 and the 407 number. (Once it rang for almost four minutes before that message came on). I was on hold 49 minutes until I got a LIVE person and we are in the process of confirming!

WOOHOO!!!! We are booked!! Cabin 7029. Hubby (Dale) and myself! Please join the fun!

This will be our first member cruise!

Meet Ups Planned

Top of the World Lounge Meet UP ~ Sunday, August 23at 8:30pm
Some of those wanting to meet up Sunday evening for a drink (or a quick hello) at the Top of The World Lounge on the top of Bay Lake Towers. You must be staying on-site and bring your DVC card to gain access to this lounge (elevator from the lobby directly there) (I'm just guestimating a time for now)

Boma Breakfast ~ Monday, August 24at 7:30am There is a LARGE group of 50 or more already involved in this. It's too late to get in on the group reservation but you can book your own for that same time and we'll try and get seated together.
A pre-cruise meet up for breakfast before heading to the port. Boma breakfast is approximate $21-25 for adults; and around $12 for kids (these prices are the most recent I could find).

Official Meet UP - D Lounge ~ Monday, August 24at 3:00pm
We will hold our typical getting to put face to name meet up prior to the lifeboat drill in the D Lounge located on Deck four mid-ship.

Breakfast meet ~ Cabanas or Royal Palace at 8:30 or 9 AM 1st CC day

Lunch at Cabanas ~ noon on the sea day

Names of all in cabin; ages of any children in cabin (please specify if boy or girl if name may be confused)
special notes; allergies, etc (any additional info you feel pertinent to share)

This is our first time participating. Do we do gifts every night/day or just once during the cruise? Also, do we have to keep them at a set price level?

Still no cruise Docs - I suspect my post person is keeping them from me as a form of torture! I will stalk her on Sat. Knowing my post person - she gave them to the wrong house! She does that all the time with the mail! Hence why I pay most of my bills online - she kept losing my mail. Nice lady - just not sure what happens to the mail. She has taken out the stones around my mailbox so many times I quit counting. I swear it is like she is trying to do doughnuts in my yard!
Has anyone else not received their documents besides me?

I make magnets all the time - I don't use a website - I find pictures I like - I save them to my computer - then print them on magnet paper - or print them and glue them onto magnets. If I need to change the pictures - I use Paint. I use that when I take pictures to make my t-shirts. What I would really like to learn how to do is make magnets with the sayings in them - I am sure there is a program for that - I just don't know what it is - maybe some person in the know can let us in on that secret and we can then make those nifty magnets and shirts! That would be so cool! If you are looking for a certain picture - let me know as I may have it and I can send it to you.

you can go back the the Disney cruiseline board -the is a designer that can make some special ones for you - I have tried Barb's cruise DISigns. you can print them out and then glue to a magnet sheet.

I did the same, as well as used my Cricut to cut Disney themed stuff.

Got my cruise Docs today! Yeah! My mailwoman must have sensed I was going to stalk her tomorrow! hee hee! Now for the magic bands! I am getting my candy this week-end! I have printed out my candy info today! So excited - getting so close! hard to believe it is almost here....

We are waiting on our bands too. Read it could be as close as 10 days before you are due at WDW before they arrive. I am stalking my mail carrier for those. Lol. .
Is it time to go yet? We have our FE ready, new swimsuit, cruise docs, hotel...just need the days to pass faster!

I have been on a diet and lost 5 pounds! Now I just have to keep it off and have a few more join it! I am ready to pack and go - Just don't wish to have that wonderful Florida Heat and Humidity! UGH - Of course - that is what Air Conditioning and Swimming Pools are for!

Congrats...wish I could lose but never seems to work.
I know! I hate Florida weather and I lived there for college for two years! The last time we cruised, it was spring break, mid-march, so it was fab 70s with no humidity. The downside was it rained all but the day at CC. Couldn't ask for better than that but we also missed out on the ship pools and other outdoor activities.

No cruise docs for us, but we have to wait until they're forwarded here NJ from Ohio. I did book snorkeling from a boat for our first CC day. Excursion begins at 9, so the CC 5K must be starting before that. I heard they go off the boat first.
