DVC member codes

Just wondering. Do they give out codes for people that are already

DVC members? We have been staying maybe one or two nights for the week

end, on cash , at another resort before we use our points. Haven't seen

any mention of this. I guess they know they already have you.

You can try for the 25% member discount at the DVC resorts.

We are dvc owners and received the 40% off postcard.
Using it for our Oct. trip.
We will be staying at ASMU on the weekend and then transfering over to OKW.

Hi,I have been a DVC member since 1993 and I have NEVER recieved a postcard or e-mail for a discounted rate. We also stay on cash(at deluxe resorts) for about 4 nights each trip(after that we do about a week with points). And we visit 2-3 times per year!Needless to say we are also AP holders yearly! I would have LOVED the 40% off for the December time frame,I would have booked it all on a CASH basis and taken an EXTRA trip during the Holiday Season! I guess "they" (the marketing people) just DO NOT understand us DVC members! Joan

DVC discounts ?-----AS far as I know , 25% off DVC cash nights is it for rooms and dvc . I get various offers , but thats because I add nights and always try for an AP rate through CRO and not MS .

Got a 20% off value resort pin code email at an old email address that I don't check as often as I probably should. Have been a DVC member since 1997 and have gotten one postcard and now this email. Couldn't use the first one and now probably won't use this one. somehow they managed to be for times other than when we are going or maybe that is the idea - try to get them to take another trip. Did get lucky after reading about the bounce back program for free dining here on the DIS and booked for September while at WDW in December. Have points I need to use before August so can't justify using the discount for March or April if we decide to go then. Will be checking for emails more often from now on just in case one comes up we could use for the weekends.
