DVC Member but can't afford Annual Passes this year!

We bought our DVC membership 2 years ago and have been visiting WDW at least twice a year since, so annuals have been the smarter choice for my family of 3. But this year budgeting for tixx and dining has become a challenge and the chances of us going this year are slim. What I would give for an annual pass payment plan. Anyone know where I could call or write to at Disney to vent in hopes they will listen?

Believe me, I know how much it stinks to look at the budget and realize you just can't do Disney this year. But if things are that tight this year, maybe its best just to save up for next year. (God I sound like my father!)

Of course there are lots of ideas on the budget board that may get you to your goal sooner than you think.

Yard Sales
Recycling cans
Cutting back on cable channels
etc.

Thank you Kevin!!! We just finalized our vacation budget and it looks like we'll get one trip in this year and believe me I know I'm fortunate since some can't go at all. But it would make things so much easier than to lay out so much $$ all at once. I'm writing my letter ASAP! Thanks again for the info.

have you considered maybe doing a shorter trip and only using half of your dvc points for this year and renting the other half of them to help pay for your vacation...
