DVC meal plans?

My DH and I are buying points from someone. How do I book the disney dining plan on disneys site without booking a hotel?

The member that makes the reservation for you will have to also add the dining plan thru DVC member services. It has to be added at least 2 days prior to your arrival date and must be paid for in full when it's added to the room reservation.
