If you book a reservation and buy your traditional Park Hopper(not AP) will you receive a "Magic Band" once they are officially out or will you just get the regular ticket/card??

I would think so but until Disney implements the program, all we can do is guess.

Everything that Disney has said thus far indicates that Magic Bands will be available to every Disney Resort guest. Resort guests can choose either a standard band (7 or 8 different color option) or the traditional credit card style KTTW.

Well DW realized that through ths system we can reserve advanced fast pass reservations through a smart phone.BUT if you don't have a smart phone have no idea how you could use the fast pass system.

I believe that those without smartphones should be able to use MyDisneyExperience.com to schedule FastPass+ once it becomes available. Reportedly, there are also supposed to be kiosks available in the parks for scheduling FastPass+.
