DVC lounge admission

No, you must be a member with blue membership card and a valid ID to prove it is yours.

Okay. So if the member travels with us we can and if he doesn't we can't, correct?
As long as the member has access. Resale only buyers have been shut out if they bought after a certain date (4/4) this year.

And there is a limit of how many people can go up on one membership card. I believe it is 5, but not sure.

There will be 7 of us next month. Both DH and I have membership cards. Will we all be able to use the lounge?

My experience in early August was that the general rule at the DVC lounge in Epcot is to admit up to 5 guests per DVC member. (I didn't know this beforehand and assumed it was like Top of the World at BLT where the member plus all guests in same villa could go.)

I am the only owner in my family and we regularly travel as a group of 8. At first the CM said two people would need to stay back since our group did not have a second DVC member. I responded with, "but ... we're all staying together in the same 2br villa?". She checked something on her computer, then happily let us all go up. Not sure if this was pixie dust or not. (She had already swiped my DVC card or typed my name in, so maybe she was able to verify where we were staying.)

Thought this was worth mentioning in case any one else finds themself in a similar situation.

If you are talking about the ToTWL, the member must be staying on a reservation at a Disney owned resort. Any guests staying with that member on the reservation, can go up with the member. If you are talking about the Lounge in Epcot, I know nothing about that one.

The lounge at EPCOT near the American Pavilion is for CHASE VISA card members.

The CM probably checked to see how many people were currently in the Lounge.

Probably checked to see how busy it was and figured it was ok to let you all up
