That is correct, the single use box of laundry detergent is only supplied to units that have washers and dryers in the unit. If you're in a studio, none is supplied and you'll need to either bring it with you, purchase some at the resort store (or offsite) or from the vending machines in the laundry rooms.

Also remember that coffee filters aren't provided (they will have some pre-made coffee packets, but only 1 or 2 I think). So don't forget to pack coffee filters as well as coffee. (Said by someone who always manages to forget coffee filters....)

Half the reason I have my Owner's Locker is for filters. Is that a wise financial investment? No. But it still works for me.

Mainly kidding. Coffee filters are just 1/8 of the reason.

Does that mean the Poly studio rooms are not located in the washer and dryer longhouse which I beleive is Pogo Pogo? My goal is to get into the Tokelau or Moorea longhouses

If I purchase a refillable cup for $15 or whatever the cost will I be able to get refillable coffee at the resort?
I'm assuming I can't bring one of my many refillable mugs I have at home, right?

THere is a DVC Laundry room on the first floor of Moorea. If you're staying in a DVC studio at the Poly, no matter which building, you can use this laundry room, it is free. You will need your magic band to open the door. DVC Studios are located in Moorea, Pago Pago and Tokelau longhouses.

It’s in Moorea. I was in Moorea #1027 right across from the laundry room. I really liked the location. I would get back to my room from the parks for kids’ nap time and peak in the laundry room for openings. Then, I could quickly get my clothes in before anyone else got there. Never had to wait, and every time people started coming in to get their laundry going and would have to wait for openings. Plus my room had a view of the castle between the bungalows!

I didn’t think my room was too loud being so close to laundry because we would sleep with a sound machine.

We like to get oatmeal packets and fruit and nuts for toppings. For on the go Nature Valley has these almond butter biscuits that are really good. For our 2 year old we also got the Annie’s variety pack with single serving packets.
