DVC is.... you choose

I answered I could not compare-but if you compare the inside the unit amenities most would say it is a step down. You have the basic necessaties at OKW while at home most have much more. You have in a 2 bedroom I believe about 1300 square feet which is the size of a small ranch house. While the bath area is better and bigger than most, it does have those jet toilets that wake people up in the middle of the night. You have people making noise at times which I never have in my home. Once you venture outside with your thinking then it would most likely move toward the other direction. Those that have pools don't have one as beautiful as the main pool at OKW but then again we don't have kids jumping in spashing us all the time either. We can get a seat by the pool anytime at our home which at OKW that is not often possible. There is just too much to compare for me but just the units themselves to our homes most have a step down, it just stands to reason.

I'm not sure if using the vicinity to EPCOT or whatever else is valid. Since you can't take a bus there from your driveway at home, this as the deciding factor would put the "All Stars" at a higher level than your home.

Well I voted a step up mainly because to the OKW master baths. They are way bigger than mine and I don't have a jacuzzi tub. My kitchen is much nicer since we just remodeled the whole thing with new cabinets. But I do like having the washer and dryer on the mainfloor. At home I have the washer and dryer in the basement. My furniture is definitely nicer. Maybe I should have voted about even. I guess that it feels like a step up because of where you are. We used to stay at the CBR before buying DVC and OKW is definitely a staircase above that.

We haven't stayed in the Grand Villas at BWV or OKW. But if I compare our home to the Beach Cottage at Vero Beach, I would have to say that the Beach Cottage is definitely a step up. 3 Bedrooms with 3 Bath Rooms is definitely a step up.
