When they first announced a DVC in Hawaii, I suggested that they would probably open a sales center in Tokyo, and now it looks like they will.

From the photo, it appears to be in the location of the Planet Hollywood restaurant in the Ikspiari shopping area (which is sort of like a Downtown Disney, and located by the train station between Disneyland and DisneySea). Looks like the Planet Hollywood restaurant is closed as it is no longer listed on the Planet Hollywood website.

It says it will open this summer. I suppose that must mean that sales may start then also. And if sales start, I would suspect that point charts would have to be published too.

Well, I am sure they will have a point chart before they sale, but it is subject to change, I mean "Adjust for member satisfaction" just like BLT did before opening (or am I remembering that wrong?)
