Hi,
We are planning on using our developer points at Disneyland next summer. Will the DVC villas be open by then and if not, does anyone have a point chart for 2009 Disneyland hotels? I always plan way ahead.
Thanks

Can you use DP points for California hotels? I thought you could only use DP points for SSR

Yes, you can use developer points for the Grand Californian hotel. I had SSR developer points and booked a stay at the Grand Californian for this August using them. I'm headed to Disneyland this Sunday!!! :yay:

We just used our developer points to stay at the Grand Californian, so yes you can!

Is the Grand Californian the only hotel you can use them at or is it just the most popular. Has anyone stayed at the other hotels. What are some of the pros and cons of the other hotels. Just trying to decide where to stay next summer. I thought it was a good use of the developer points to go to Disneyland.

The Grand Californian, Disneyland Hotel, and Paradise Pier are the only 3 Disney hotels in Disneyland. You can use DVC points to stay at any of the 3 hotels. Grand Californian has the best location and amenities. Disneyland hotel is almost as nice but a much older structure with not quite the location. Paradise Pier is in my opinion a moderate hotel, not Deluxe. We have stayed at the Grand Californian and the Disneyland Hotel, the Grand Californian is worth every dollar and our favorite by far.
