What are the operating hours to make reservations? TIA!!!

9:00AM -5:30 PM EST Mon- Sat

Member Services is open on Sunday too. Hours are 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (eastern time), 7 days a week. They are closed on major holidays.

Just double checked the "News" section of DVCMember.com:

New Operating Hours as of Sunday, Feb 3, 2008
7 days a week (Sun - Sat) 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET

Not 100% sure what holidays they take off.
