DVC grocery delivery...am I too late?

The form for Saratoga Springs says it needs to be in 3 business dyas prior to check-in...we check-in late Friday night & I could fax it in the morning, but will they fill the order in time? If not, can someone give me an alternative plan? I've heard of garden grocer, but we'll have some cold items & since we won't be checking in until very late I worry about them getting warm in bell services.

Bell services will refrigerate any perishables if you go with either garden grocer or we go shop.

Also, the grocery order sheet on the DVC website is a list of items that are available in the General Store. It is more expensive than grocery stores, but if you only need a few items, you could just buy them at the General Store (located in the Hospitality House at OKW)

We used Garden Grocer for our last trip. The order was scheduled to arrive around noon but we weren't getting in until after midnight. Everything was waiting for us at Bell Services with the cold items in the fridge (unlike in the grocery stores, they pack the cold items in a separate bag)

Easy as pie (pardon the pun) since you do the order online.
