DVC golf rates before 10:00?

Does anyone know if there are going to be DVC golf rates before 10:00 am in 2010? I just went to the member website, where it says "Regular WDW golf rates apply prior to 10:00 am", and it only gives DVC special rates through January. I contacted DVC about April DVC rates prior to 10:00, and their reply (don't laugh now!) was "...keep watching the members' website for the most up-to-date information."
