DVC Golf Card

For those who have used the discount golf card,can I get the discount for the twilight rates? Also, if a nine hole rate is available, will the discount apply. I am talking about the five on site courses at WDW. Any responses would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I don't think there's a discount on Twilight Rates. And other than Oak Trail, I don't know of any offerings for 9 holes. But then again, DH always wants to play 18, anyways. He bought the card a few years ago, but not this year. The card costs aroune $55, I think, and the discount only applies after 10:00am. It depends on how many times you play and where you play to determine if it's beneficial. I think you get free club rental (or at least a discount), but since DH brings his own clubs, I'm not sure which it is.

Our guide never mentioned that tee times had to be after 10 am.......but he did say that the apx. $50 golf card does get the discount for everyon in our party. Hopefully that part is true!

Here is some info on the Golf Perk

Cost - $50 + tax
Valid for one year from purchase
Valid for member and 3 guests
Does not include clubs (I believe clubs were included in the past)
Valid at Magnolia, Palm, Lake Buena Vista, OSprey Ridge or Eagle Pines
Special rates apply after 10:00 AM - regular rates prior to 10:00AM
Cardholders receive 20% off golf instruction at the above courses
Jan 21 - Apr 25 $89 can book tee time 14 days in advance
Apr 26 - Sep 30 $35 can book tee time 90 days in advance

jerseyjoe, if you just joined at SSR, you might want to play Lake Buena Vista. It starts right at the resort and is a real nice course (Hey, what am I saying? They're all nice-it's Disney!)
