Is there another option to renew my pass besides calling? This is the third time I’ve tried calling and after 3 hours of waiting … I got disconnected … i almost cried.

Sorry I feel your pain. I think my total wait time was 5 hours over 4 phone calls and the cast member that finally was able to help me laughed when I was like please just take my money!!! I think some ppl said when they call first thing in the morning they got through pretty fast. Good luck!
 
Only Tourist (non-discounted) and Florida Resident Annual Passes can be renewed online. DVC Members must call Member Services or renew in person at WDW.
 

Which number are you calling? If DVC, you may want to try calling the annual passholder support line, 407-939-5277 or 407-560-5277 (not sure why there are two numbers because calling either puts you with the same group), and see if you can renew there. I have not tried it for renewal but that is the number I called and purchased a new Gold card recently as I qualified to buy one because I originally had a 2020 AP.. There was not a real long waiting time waiting for someone to answer.
