DVC Fan Topics

Something I thought might be nice since I noticed @pkrieger2287 posted in the DVC fan facebook group awhile back would be if we came up with some topics that they could discuss. I love hearing about the resorts during their spotlights and 7 in 7s but would maybe like to listen to some topics that maybe haven't been discussed yet on the show.

Just for starters:
1. Do you think Polynesian tower will be the same association as the original? Why or why not?
2. Obviously ROFR restarting will be an upcoming topic I imagine, but especially with VGF being ROFR'd this is one of the few times we've seen an actively selling resort be ROFR'd, is this something we think may occur more frequently in the future?
3. Has been somewhat discussed but pros/cons of multiple use years but also discussing whether owners like having one large pool of points at a resort or having a bunch of smaller contracts at multiple?
4. Predictions for the next DVC resort and where is it likely to be? Where would you want it to be? Will there be more non-deluxe resorts that are turned into DVC resorts like Fort Wilderness?
5. You guys kind of touched on it a little bit with favorite studios and 1BRs with Lauren but also 2BRs, favorite lobbies
6. Can even do some joke ones like favorite resort to impress the in-laws, maybe AKL so they can be eaten by a lion

Anyways if you have any other topic ideas I'd love to hear it and maybe it'll even spark some new threads here on the boards

Yeahhh I still don't know how to use II exchange but that's more of a bridge I'll cross when forced to since I'm not trying to use points on anything outside of the DVC world

Oh no I agree, I want to know how it works too. I want it to be addressed in a video if possible. I know in the past they've discussed RCI

For #5: Noted! (This is Lauren BTW.) I started a Top 5 list for the Two Bedroom Villas to go along with the Deluxe Studio and One Bedroom lists, but I never got around to completing the draft. I'll get back to that!

I think II is tricky to talk about until someone decides to do the exchange, so there's firsthand experience.

How about any speculation if we think the cabins at FW will eventually be rolled into a revival of Reflections?
