DVC Epcot lounge guests

I know 5 guests are allowed with a member with a blue card. My husband and I both have blue cards from one contract. Would we be able to bring 5 guests per card or 5 guests per contract?

5 per member. We had family with us on our reservation so had a total of 7 people. We had to show both of our blue cards to be allowed to bring everyone up.
