DVC Early Registration

I'm on the DVC page that talks about early registration, but there's no link. Will that link just appear at noon eastern? Or am I not looking in the right place?

It seems like in the past, the link has been there, but it was just to an inactive page.

So, the button appeared right at noon eastern -- on the upper right hand side of the page that discussed the runDisney early registration opportunities.
