DVC Down Payment

How was your down payment handled? Was it charged all at once or in installments? Thanks for the help!

I charged $500 to a credit card and then sent a check for the remainder with the rest of my documents.

We put the $500 deposit on a credit card and had the remainder charged to the same card 30 days later.

Same as Noelle. Paid $500 down at time of saying "yes," then paid the remainder when returning the signed documents to DVC. I don't think they have an installment plan, per se, for the down payment. Good luck!

I put $500 on cc. Then I told them to use the cc for the rest of my downpayment. I was told that it would not be charged until closing.

We put $1500 down right off the bat and it was charged in one lump some to our credit card.

With all 5 add-ons, I put $500 on my cc while talking to my guide, then sent a check for the remainder when I sent my documents in a few weeks later.

I paid 500 dollars cash and then had 3000 due by the end of two months, saved up and paid it in cash.
