I’m cleaning out my file cabinet and paring down the amount of paper I have. Since I have multiple DVC contracts purchased over the years, I have multiple documents and binders from each purchase, especially for the ones purchased direct. Other than the important papers with signatures and deed information, do I need to keep anything else? I have multiple “member benefits guide” packets and exchange program packets-(both of which can be found online and change frequently I think)-, and the mini books with the public offering statements for each resort I purchased directly. What can I toss, and what should I keep? Thanks for your help!

I kept the settlement statement in case I sell later for cost basis. i wish I had saved the POS from direct purchases for BLT and VGF thst insold because I might buy BLT again via resale,

I do Have copies of the deeds as well of everything that I own, but tossed any other duplicates like RCI, etc.
