Where can I find a list of DVC discounst? I am a newbie and do not know what discounts we have for food, etc.

On the official DVC web site, go to "just for members" and click on "member perks". You will get a choice of links that will open up a variety of perks available.

I would imagine this info is for members only, but I am doing all the research I can and would like to see the types of perks available.

It's not a good idea to base any part of your purchase decision on the discounts/prks. They can and do change, and may not be available at all when you want to take advantage of them

For those who are not members or do not have access to the members' website, you can get a very good idea of most of the current perks by clicking here.
