I was at Downtown Disney over the weekend with the family. While there, it is a ritual to walk, shop and eat a pretzel from Wetzel's Pretzels at Marketplace.
On this particular trip, I ordered my usual 2 Sinful Cinnamon pretzels. But when I showed my DVC card, I was told that the 20% discount was not available there and was only available at the main store at West Side.
I explained that the Portable Perks booklet specifically shows that the discount is available at BOTH locations, but he refused to honor the DVC 20% savings. He said only cast members receive discounts at his location.
Has anyone else seen this?
Does anyone have any ideas as to whom I could contact to ask questions? I guess I could send an email to the member satisfaction team, but wondered if anyone had other suggestions.
