I'm sure this is somewhere else on the board, but couldn't find it. At what point, if any, is your child no longer a part of your DVC membership and/or not eligible for discounts such as the current the $399 PAP discount? Thanks in advance.

When they are no longer living at your address. If 18 or over, they have to provide ID with the same address as yours to get the discounted AP.

If they are not with you and not on the deed, they are not entitled to DVC discounts. As long as they are with you and an address is not required, they can get the discounts. Like dining, recreation, etc.

To clarify the two previous posts, there are different rules for different perks.

Most dining, shopping and other discounts require that the owner be present.

The AP ticket discount requires that anyone 18 or older have ID showing the same address as an owner. Personally, I would call and pre-pay the AP. Then send copies of your drivers license and DVC Membership card with your child so that they can easily compare the address on his license with the one on your license.
