Dvc discount???

Does anyone know what discount we get for a cash resservation if we are DVC members? Is it a flat percentage all of the time? Also, is the DVC discount only on DVC rentals. We own DVC at AKL. We are looking to book a standard resort room at Jambo AKL, not a dvc room - and pay cash for it. Thanks for your help. Jane

It's only for DVC rooms and the discount is 25% if a room is available. You have to make the reservation through MS.

So, are you saying if I wanted to book a room at a moderate, I could get no discount off of rack rates?

There is no DVC member discount for non-DVC. DVC does not have control of those rooms. There are general public discounts and AP discounts available through the regular Disney website or phone #.
