DVC discount for Sammy Duvall's

I'm finalizing my budget for our upcoming trip and I really think that we want to do the Sea Raycers (water mice) for an hour. Is there still a 20% discount for DVC members? What are the restrictions (I thought you have to rent before a certain time?)
