No. The only "discount" is they only charged one price when Disney had a peak season surcharge. Disney did away with the peak season surcharge this year.

Also for a regular resort guest to get DDP you have to buy it as a package with tickets. DVC members do not have to purchase tickets to get DDP. I'd call that a decent discount.
