Being a DVC member, Is there a discount if you wish to pay cash for a two bedroom villa? Any information you know out there will be helpful.

Yes - Subject to availability, members may receive a 25% discount (off rack rates) for DVC resort villas.

There is no DVC discount for non-DVC resorts.
