DVC Discount at Tutto Italia

On the DVC Member page, one of the perks is 15% off at Tutto Italia, but on allears it states that is a 10% discount. Does anyone know which one is correct? I assume it's the Member page, but not sure.

It's run by the same people that operate Via Napoli and the member discount there is 15%.

That page at allears.net has not been updated since 4/20/2013.
