DVC discount at Cinderella's Royal Table

I am hoping to book CRT later this week and we are DVC members. I went through the process online today (up until I actually paid) and it didn't deduct my 10% discount. Do I have to call to do so? I would rather not do that at booking because I want to book earlier online. Can I book online and call later in the day for a refund of the discount? Do I do this at the restaurant? Thanks in advance!

We had a TiW discount which we had deducted at the restaurant, not sure if you can have it done prior. Just make sure to let your server know early.

You don’t get the discount in advance. They refund it when you dine. It should be 20%, but it come a put a little different because tip is already included. In the past, there was also a photo included, which skewed the math even more.

AZMermaid's discount is only 10% as it is a DVC, not TiW.
