I purchased direct from Disney back in 2005. I live in New Brunswick (NB) Canada so DVC was never able to market to us and I have never received anything in the mail from DVC except 1) Disney Files 2) Dues Invoices 3) those Incredible booklets when you make a ressie and 4) the stuff they send out sometimes (magnets, prints, point books, etc).
I have never once received anything from my guide. To be honest I assumed he did not work there anymore as it has been so long.
Today I received a post card from my guide and it is clearly a promo material and talking about add-ons. I am not complaining and I am glad to finally be getting some mail from my guide but I did not think it was allowed to be sent to NB - hopefully that has changed. Does anyone know?
