If you call to add the dining plan to your DVC stay, do you pay when you add it or at the resort?

At check-in. You must add it to your reservation at least 48 hours before you arrive.

You pay when you check in. We have gotten the Deluxe Dining Plan the last two years and I have paid at check in.
