DVC Dining Plan/how/when do you pay?

We have stayed with a DVC member and purchased the Dining Plan, however I remember paying for it upon check in, is this still the way you do it, can you pre-pay?

It must now be paid upon adding the plan. You can, however, add the plan up to 48 hrs before arrival.

Sorry to hijack the thread...does the DVC member have to add the dining plan for you or can you add it when you arrive?

The member must add the plan and pay for it at the same time. You are not able to add it upon arrival.
