DVC & Dining Pin???

One of the other threads was talking about free dining pins...

We DVC'ers are NOT included, am I right or should I be looking into it...

You would think they would have that as a "perk" for us too...

No unfortunately its not, but people who get free dining must pay full price for rooms to get it and have no other discounts, so they are probably paying double what we pay for accomodations. That's the tradeoff for DVCers

It isn't a perk, its a sales promotion. Disney already sold you, they don't need to do it again.

That PIN requires a full price room/ticket package purchase. That is not available through DVC with points. DVC members can purchase it through CRO for a DVC resort, studios start at $275 per night plus tax (plus a ticket purchase). That same room goes for 9 to 12 points during the week, depending on the dates. So you can pay through CRO and get the "free dining" or use the points and pay for the dining plan.
