DVC Current incentives

We are thinking seriously about buying into BLT. We’ve been thinking about buy at DVC for a long time and now I think we are ready to pull the trigger.

I spoke to our sales person last week and just left her a message to call me back. However I thought I would check on her for an answer while waiting for her to call. Right now there are two incentives going on… $5 per point rebate which can be applied to your down payment plus 160 points that can be used before Oct 3. Does anyone know if those 160 points can be applied to your purchase price somehow? I don’t think we can get away before October and would like to figure out how to use this incentive.

They will give you an option to deposit the points into RCI and then have I believe up to two years to use them through RCI. -Alex

Hi Ty,

We just bought 185 points at BLT. We could not make it down before the incentive points expire so I was able to rent almost all of them with no issues! I mean...my points went really fast. I priced them low and made enough money to pay my dues for this year and next!

I have another time share and have not been very impressed by anything I've "traded" into. No one beats Disney...so I was not interested in using my points with RCI.
