DVC contract up for sale, perks still available?

We recently put our SSR contract up for sale with the Timeshare Store. My question is that even though it's for sale, we technically still own it. If we happen to take a trip {cash, not points}, are we still able to take advantage of DVC member perks?

Also, with our contract for sale, if we so desired, would we be able to use the points available in our contract should we coose to rent with points?

As far as perks, yes, you are still a member until it is sold.

If you want to use your points, you will need to contact your broker and see...since it is listed as having X number of points available, etc. You may be able amend the listing and use the points, then again you may not, but that is somethong you definately need to check with your resale broker.

Also, remember that any outstanding reservations not completed by the time of sale will be cancelled by DVC when the sale goes through.
