DVC Confirmation incl. all requests?

I thought I requested pond view or some such thing when booking BWV standard studio, but it doesn't appear on my confirmation. Should it?

Not necessarily, the printouts usually only pick-up a couple requests...the rest are noted within the computer system.

I've only had two show up on the yellow sheet.
