DVC concierge

I actually have 2 questions that I hope you guys can help me with.

1. Is AKL the only DVC that has concierge level?

2. What is the likelihood we could get *?

Due to flight schedule changes we may stay *. I thought ...what better way with a night concierge level. We are already renting pts at BCV.

Chances are slim to none. I have check that same date this past week and there is nothing available for DVC. Well, I did take a 1 bedroom for one night at Vero Beach, if that counts.

Sorry about that...we aren't looking to rent from anyone here. We already have a friend that we can rent his pts.

To answer you question, yes, AKV is the only DVC with a concierge level (so far). There are 5 concierge two bedroom lockoffs, which can be broken into 1 bedroom and studio unis, so a maximum of 10 available units. I think the chances are pretty slim to book concierge level anytime, unless booked at 11 months out by an AKV owner.

Yes AKV is the only DVC resort that has concierge rooms.

2. What is the likelihood we could get *?

There are a total of 5 2BR lockoffs in AKV Concierge, so there are between 5 and 10 rooms available for booking depending on how many of the 2BRs are split into 1BRs and Studios. They are very popular and tend to get booked up 11 months out by AKV owners. Whatever is left gets snapped up by non-owners booking 7 months out.

AKV is the only DVC concierge.

There are only 5 studios & 5 one bedrooms (lockoffs to form a 2 bedroom), so availability goes fast.

Depending on the dates that u want to go you can occasionly find a reservation through CRO for a 1 BR Villa CL Jambo or even The Deluxe Studio CL Jambo,Both these are available just now for booking the 1 Br Villa CL Jambo is available from 24/12 to 27/12 & the Deluxe studio too..
