Interesting thread.
Like many of you, I find the pretrip planning a fun way for me to spend time while I wait for the trip.
I create documents on my computer that are tailored to the different parks I plan to attend, list any confirmation numbers, hours of the parks.
Then I print them out and put them in a binder. I like to look through the binder. I will update the pages in the binder when I am closer to the trip itself. I will take the binder on the trip but it stays in the hotel room while I am at the parks. I will have a small notebook or just a printed out piece of paper with the confirmation numbers on it to have in the park incase my phone's battery dies our or crashes or there is a lack of internet signal. Just one piece of paper, I can easily fold up and put into my pocket.
