DVC check in

We are renting a BWV Oct 30 - Nov 1. We have a set of 2 year old triplets. How early do you think they will let us check in?

It has been my experience that you can check in at any time. Whether your room will be ready is another matter.

You can check in as soon as you arrive at the resort, but rooms are not supposed to be ready until after 4 PM. That being said, we have occationally gotten in early in the day, but usually we are given a call back number that we call off and on until our room number is posted. No need to go back to the check in though, because you will get your keys as soon as you check in, but they will not be activated until your room is ready.

Why only 2 nights?

In June, we didn't get into our BCV room until 5:30. It just depends on the occupancy of the resort on the day you check in.

As others have indicated, you can check-in anytime but you likely will not be able to actually get into a room until 4:00 pm.

Checked in May 1st 10:30-1100Am room was ready BWV.

Checked into BWV on June 12 (Sunday) at 10:30 a.m. Our boardwalk view 2 BR villa was ready at that time. Really surprised me.
