DVC Charter Cruise?

From a March 24th email unlike normal DVC member cruises these cruises are *Different from a Member Cruise, this voyage is part of the Disney Collection exchange. Therefore, regular cruise programing will not be altered and daily in-room gifts are not included. The cruise seems to be an early opportunity for members to experience Lighthouse Point

Booking the cruise should be exactly like previous member cruises in that a day is set aside by DVC call center (April 22) to only book this member cruise. Plan to be on hold for a long time. It will probably sell out before the end of the day.

As stated above different from normal member cruises in that cruise programing is not altered and probably no extra gifts. Also from talking to a DVC CM recently I was told that they would be advising members that Lighthouse Point may not be fully functional at the time of the cruise.

Have they in the past posted the points/cash amounts required for each cabin category, per person? Do I have to wait till I'm on the phone with them before knowing those details? (Because sitting on hold for 4 hours only to find out it's too expensive or too many points would really suck.

The price points/cash amounts will be in a table posted before the booking day. You will know before you call. Now exactly what you want may be unavailable by the time you talk to them, so have a second or third choice in mind. Sometimes they will have the categories listed on their web site, so you can see what’s sold out or nearly sold out before you talk to them.

Thank you so much - super helpful.

I can use the 3rd adult for the points passenger, the cash part seemed high to me for a 4-night cruise. It's the only week we can sail, so I'm stuck with this or no cruise. Being that Light House Point is likely to be less than fully functional, seems like there shouldn't be a huge premium, but I bet there will be.

Where would I look for this table (I'll bookmark the page.)
