DVC Cast Member?

Hi, My DD interviewed in California for a DVC cast member postion,During the interview she was told that the FLORIDA DVC cast member spots are COVETED?? This seems strange to me considering the size of WDW. Has anyone heard anything like this ?? Thanks, Joan

I guess it depends on the position. If it is commission based, WDW wins due to volume.

I have been told the DVC CM's are the best of the best...don't know if that is true but it must be a real good gig...

I know several DVC members who bring gifts, etc...for DVC CM's who have been there for several of their trips....especially if they stay Club Level or have been members for many years and are loyal to the same resort...that could be part of the incentive...
